Who We Are

The Fairborn Flying Aces started over 30 years ago as Wright State Renegaes RC Flying Club. This club formed out of a loose group of flyers that gathered to fly at a Wright State University Parking Lot for decades.  After some construction projects rendered the lot less useful, they formed a club.
The Fairborn Flying Aces have an interesting cloth runway over hardpack.  There is some paved pit area and storage shed.  There is a shelter. If you want to bring a chair or an umbrella there is plenty of room for them. There are several starting stands and tables. There is a solar powered charging station. There is a port-a-potty on site as well.
